Web Hosting Hub Server Crash
As noted on the Web Hosting Hub server network status updates page, last updated on March 23, 2019, 4:18 pm, a Web Hosting Hub server was placed into a failover state.
On 3/18/19, whub32 was placed into a failover state. All customer facing services have been restored and any backups we have for customers have already been restored, and are currently in-use on the failover container. There may be some remaining MySql errors noted and those are being addressed as well.
According to Jet Pack website monitoring, this site was interrupted Monday, March 18, 5:23 am and was intermittently up and down until Friday, March 22, 12:41 am.
Additionally, email was disrupted starting Thursday March 21st after server32 stopped serving email. Unfortunately it was still providing Gmail pop3 a positive email fetch response until March 23rd.
