Michigan’s public colleges and universities struggle to find answers as enrollment takes a nose dive
“If there is any silver lining in the pandemic, it has made us come to grips with our reality,” said Tom Kephart, president of Michigan’s Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers. “We need to adjust. It cannot be business as usual.”
